Open Your New Mailbox

It’s easy to setup your confidential address online. Fill out the following information and press submit.

    You are allowed up to 5 names on your box. If your additional name is not a business, note that the procedure to add additional name is the same like to open a new mailbox (2 Id's and all forms):

    Send us copy of 2 ID’s. Acceptable identification includes: valid driver's license or state non-driver's identification card; armed forces, government, university, or recognized corporate identification card; passport, alien registration card or certificate of naturalization; current lease mortgage or Deed of Trust; voter or vehicle registration card; or a home or vehicle insurance policy.

    Submit the form and call us at 1-310-854-5621 to make a payment or pay online.

    You will be notified of your new box number by e-mail.

    Other Documents Needed:

    1. Print and fill out this from (Form 1583) called Authorization of Mail Delivery through Agent. This authorizes the post office to release your mail to Mail Service Center. This form must be notarized if you are opening your box via the internet. Directions to fill out the form can be seen here.
    2. Print out and sign this agreement form to rent a mailbox from the State of California. (Note: No refunds given on box rental if you cancel your account before term is over.)

    Also note that the USPS does not honor forwarding requests for customers when they cancel service with us. We are a Commercial Mail Receiving Agency. When you cancel service, you must inform your correspondents of your new address or request that Mail Service Center forward your mail to you at regular forwarding charges.
